The following is the most common question I am asked by employers...

"How do I know that my Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) claims are being managed properly?"

Unfortunately you don't! As a matter of fact, for those of you who have had the unpleasant experience of dealing with this red-taped Provincial agency known as either the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board or, as it was formerly known, the Workers' Compensation Board, you will be quite aware that the majority of the time it is very uncertain as to just what is going on.

You may also have concerns regarding your existing Human Resource Staff, their abilities, education and general know-how required to adequately institute and maintain proper workplace safety programs. My knowledge will ensure the minimization of overall accident costs to your company and industry, as well as ensure that productivity levels at work are maximized with a reduced rate of accident claims being processed.
